Celebrating the launch of the 2026 Female Development Programme
Earlier today, our colleagues Bożena Niemczyk, Eimear Hickey and Hannah Foley attended the launch of the Gas Networks Ireland 2026 Female Empowerment Programme at the NSC. Attendees heard from Veronica Gannon, Talent & Performance Lead at Gas Networks Ireland, how our organisation recognises that our people are central to delivering the network of the future—and how building a balanced, inclusive workplace is essential to achieving that ambition.
The Female Empowerment Programme, first launched in 2023, supports this commitment by providing a structured development journey for female colleagues.
The programme focuses on:
- Understanding personal strengths and learning areas
- Navigating career aspirations and development pathways
- Practical skills across presenting, communications and interviewing
